i've got the mirapoint blues
There may be a hack to forward mail AND keep it locally. Disable NSS autoforward, and create a filter like this:
Apply to all incoming messages:
Move to: Inbox
Apply to all incoming messages:
Forward to: os@os.1.vg

[The order of these two doesn't seem to matter. I have the forward first, and this conditional filter afterward:
If all of these conditions are met:
Body: does not contain "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64"
Body: does not contain "X-Junkmail-SD-Raw: score=confirmed"
Then: Move to: Inbox]

I don't want attachments clogging up my 75MiB limit on copland; I want them on my own mailserver. Blah. I also don't want to run a stupid script to connect to UD every ten minutes because: (1) I'd have to keep a copy of my password in plaintext; (2) I like my mail to be near-instantaneous.

On a side note, pine seems to be broken, now. The FOLDERS screen won't go to the MAIN MENU, as it should, when < is pressed. M still works, though.

However, I can't figure out how to add some of my filters to mirapoint. I used to have some age-dependent filters; certain messages older than two weeks would automatically be marked as "read."

I also can't discern if Mirapoint does automatic renaming of sent-mail and read-mail to -mon-year at the beginning of a new month.

Remeber to uncheck "Do not apply any more filters to this message if action is taken" on the first filter.

I don't think it does automatic renaming of send and read mail folders.
