ipw2200 in monitor mode!!

it took kernel 2.6.11.7, a separate ieee80211 1.0.3, wireless tools 27, ipw2200 firmware 2.3, and ipw2200 1.0.6, but at least tcpdump -vvXXnieth0 can dump some packets now:
